A building is only as sound as the ground beneath it and the frame above it. Split those across two firms and the assumptions drift. We hold both. The engineer who designs the structure reads the same ground report the geotechnical engineer wrote. The numbers agree because one practice owns them. It is the same chartered sign-off, with nothing lost in the handover.

Property Damage Assessment.
When a house cracks, the question is what the crack means. Cosmetic, or a footing moving on soft ground. We assess the damage, find the cause, and report what it takes to make it right. For an insurance claim or a repair scope, the assessment is written to stand up to scrutiny. A chartered engineer signs it, and the geotechnical side is a door away when the ground is the cause.
